Vicha Ratanapakdee

During his morning walk, Vicha Ratanapakdee was slammed to the ground by a man who charged at him and fled the scene. Neighborhood security cameras captured the attack, Ratanapakdee suffered fatal brain injuries and passed away in the hospital 2 days later.

Nancy Toh

Nancy Toh was viciously attacked in front of a Nordstrom’s in NY. Her attacker walked up to her, spat in her face, and punched her in the nose. She fell and hit her head on the pavement and went unconscious, lying in a pool of her own blood. She didn’t want to go to the hospital because she could not afford the medical bills. Because of her religious beliefs, she decided to forgive her attacker.

Ngoc Pham

Ngoc Pham (83) was shopping for groceries when he was attacked by the same perpetrator at the same location. He sustained cuts and bruises on his head from the fall. His nose was also fractured and his doctor has ordered an MRI for potential fractures in his neck.
